Welcome to ChefCona®, where chefs and caterers connect directly with customers to offer their unique culinary services. By registering as a vendor on ChefCona, you (the vendor) agree to the following legal requirements and obligations. This agreement forms a binding contract between you and ChefCona (the marketplace platform), ensuring the fair and proper use of the platform.
Vendor Responsibilities:
- Vendors must provide accurate and truthful information about their services and products.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring compliance with local health, safety, and business laws applicable to their offerings.
- Vendors agree to maintain the quality and service standards advertised on the platform.
ChefCona’s Responsibilities:
- ChefCona provides a platform for vendors to list their services and connect with potential customers. ChefCona is not responsible for the actual execution of services or transactions between vendors and customers.

- Engaging in fraudulent activities or not delivering the promised services to customers.
- Failure to comply with local laws and regulations for food and catering services.
- Any behavior that damages the reputation of ChefCona or its users.
Terms of Termination:
The agreement between ChefCona and the vendor can be terminated under the following conditions:
- Repeated Policy Violations: If a vendor violates platform policies multiple times, such as providing false information or failing to deliver promised services, ChefCona reserves the right to terminate the vendor’s account.
- Poor Customer Reviews: Vendors who consistently receive negative feedback from customers, indicating substandard service, may have their contracts terminated.
- Breach of Legal or Operational Obligations: Violations of local business, health, or food safety regulations can lead to immediate termination. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice with a reasonable period of 30 days unless otherwise specified by circumstances of breach.
Indemnity Clause:
The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ChefCona against any claims, legal disputes, or liabilities arising from the vendor’s services or products. This includes damages caused by faulty products, breach of law, or negligence in service provision, ensuring ChefCona bears no responsibility for the vendor’s operations.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute between ChefCona and a vendor, or between the vendor and a customer, both parties agree to resolve the conflict through mediation before escalating to arbitration.
